We further offer asset management by generating Budgets, P&L and Cash Flow Statements, Schedules, and Timelines for all key areas of the industry.

These areas include film development, production, and distribution (both theatrical and after-market); network/cable and/or syndicated television programming; and WCFP is particularly strong in music, including the successful application of music in record, soundtrack, television, and theatrical productions.

Financing

With offices in the US, the UK and Germany, WCFP can utilize its domestic and international financing affiliations to co-fund, bridge, and gap finance projects that have already-existing investor commitments. This service is available for both short- and long-term participations,

Depending on WCFP's analysis and feasibility assessment of the investment percentage, breakeven, and potential ROI, a financial model can be developed that meets the capital requirements necessary to successfully implement a production.

Although WCFP considers investing in all media, this model is most applicable to motion picture projects.
